Split Doubleheader Weekend

Dubuque, Iowa – Eagles had an eventful weekend with a double-header against Maranatha Baptist University and Ozark Christian College. 

January 31, 2025 - Emmaus 89, Maranatha 75

Emmaus earned a convincing 89–75 win over Maranatha Baptist University on Friday night behind a strong team performance.

Coach Tomlinson stated, "Our men secured a season sweep over our midwest regional opponent Maranatha to extend our win streak to seven games. We were fueled behind 24 from Arguello and 22 from Mackey who both combined for 10 three-pointers on the night! Nash was one rebound away from a triple double too!"

February 1, 2025 - Emmaus 68, Ozark 80

The Eagles fell short against Ozark Christian College in the second game of the weekend.

Taydem Arguello and Colyer Wingfield led the Eagles with 14 points each. Arguello added 8 rebounds and 6 assists, while Wingfield grabbed 6 boards. Nash Harper finished with 10 points and 6 rebounds, and Lance Hall Jr. chipped in 9 off the bench, hitting three shots from deep.
