MCCC Tournament!
Manhattan, Kansas — Emmaus University Women's Basketball battled through three games during the MCCC tournament weekend, bringing home 5th place!
February 20, 2025 - Emmaus 54, Faith Baptist 75
The Emmaus University Women's Basketball team opened the MCCC Tournament with a strong effort but fell to Faith Baptist, 75–54.
Rachel Barrett led the way for the Eagles with a double-double, recording 18 points and 12 rebounds while adding three blocks and three steals. Nellie Hopkins contributed 14 points, including two three-pointers.
February 21, 2025 - Emmaus 54, CCCB 51
Emmaus University Women's Basketball secured a hard-fought 54–51 victory over Central Christian College of the Bible in their second game of the MCCC Tournament.
Madeline Wiest led all scorers with 18 points, hitting six three-pointers in a breakout performance. Rachel Barrett recorded a dominant double-double, tallying 15 points and an astounding 24 rebounds. Erin McKenna also contributed 15 points and added 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.

February 22, 2025 - Emmaus 48, Manhattan 60
Emmaus University Women's Basketball wrapped up their MCCC Tournament run with a 60–48 loss to Manhattan Christian in the final game of the weekend.
Erin McKenna led the Eagles with 16 points, while Rachel Barrett posted a strong all-around performance with 14 points, 13 rebounds, and 5 assists. Kate Janzen added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort.
Now the Eagles are preparing for the Regional Tournament next weekend!
