Lady Eagles Play Tough in Kansas vs. Manhattan and Hesston
Sydney Mulgrew made her Season-Debut!

Emmaus University fell on the road to Manhattan Christian College, 87–70, on February 6 in a tough conference matchup at Howie's Activity Center. The Eagles were unable to recover from a slow start, trailing 21–10 after the first quarter and facing a 42–33 deficit at halftime.
Despite the early hole, Emmaus showed fight offensively, led by Marina Keck, who turned in a strong all-around performance with 28 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 steals, while also going 10-of-12 from the free throw line.
Aubry Silva added 20 points and 5 rebounds, and Erin McKenna chipped in 16 points, knocking down four three-pointers to keep the Eagles competitive.
Emmaus shot 39.7% from the field and 26.3% from three, but turnovers (20) and second-chance opportunities hurt their chances.
The Eagles continued to battle throughout the second half, scoring 37 points after the break. Sydney Mulgrew made her season debut!
Emmaus University dropped a close 72–62 decision to Hesston College on Saturday morning despite leading 21–20 after the first quarter.
Marina Keck led Emmaus with a standout performance, scoring 29 points and grabbing 15 rebounds, while Aubry Silva added 17 points.
Erin McKenna chipped in 13 points and seven rebounds.
Emmaus battled on the glass and forced turnovers, but shooting struggles down the stretch limited a late comeback.
