The Emmaus University Eagles women's basketball team split a pair of home games on Senior weekend, falling to Calvary University before bouncing back with an impressive win over Ozark Christian.
On Friday, Emmaus dropped a 76–48 decision to Calvary. The Eagles struggled offensively, shooting just 30.8 percent from the field and 12.5 percent from three-point range. Rachel Barrett led Emmaus with 18 points and a dominant 19 rebounds, while Marina Keck added 16 points and nine boards.
Emmaus responded Saturday with an 84–78 victory over Ozark Christian in a high-scoring battle. The Eagles shot an efficient 52.6 percent from the field and placed four players in double figures. Barrett led the way with 26 points and 10 rebounds, while Keck filled the stat sheet with 24 points, 10 assists, and seven steals. Aubry Silva contributed 22 points and eight rebounds, and Erin McKenna added 10 points and six boards.
The lone Senior Rachel Barrett showed off with a combined 44 points and 29 rebounds in this weekend's showcase!
