Best Game of the 1st Round, but the Eagles Fall Short

In the first round of the MCCC Tournament, the Eagles fell short of CCCB 67-75.
Emmaus trailed 39–31 at halftime and battled throughout the second half, but could not overcome Central Christian's late push in the fourth quarter.
Rachel Barrett delivered a dominant performance for the Eagles, finishing with 26 points and 18 rebounds while adding three blocks.
Marina Keck added 20 points and 12 rebounds for a double-double, and Aubry Silva contributed 14 points and five steals.
Sydney Mulgrew chipped in nine rebounds as Emmaus controlled the glass with a 51–32 rebounding advantage.
The Eagles struggled from beyond the arc, shooting just 2-of-22 (9.1 percent) from three-point range.
