Ross Signs With the Eagles
February 19, 2025 - Dubuque, IA - Olivia Ross from Hugo, MN has signed her letter of intent to continue her volleyball career at Emmaus University. Ross, a middle blocker from Mahtomedi HS, becomes the second signing of the 2025 class and joins the Eagles at an exciting moment in the program.
"We are so excited to welcome Olivia onto our team," shared head coach, Hannah Richter. "She is spiritually mature and motivated to grow closer to the Lord, grow academically, and grow as a volleyball player. She will be a great addition to our team in many ways, and we can't wait to have her on campus next fall!"
Likewise, Ross expressed enthusiasm and anticipation for joing the Eagles next season. "I chose Emmaus because the moment I stepped on campus, I knew I was going to be a part of an amazing community. I loved the support and faith-filled friendships that I was able to experience just by visiting, and I knew I wanted those friendships and faith community to continue into my college career.
"I'm excited to play volleyball at Emmaus, because I'm able to be competitive and show love for Christ and others through playing my favorite sport. The team is absolutely incredible and I cannot wait to grow in my faith and personality as I journey with this group of girls!"
Please join us in welcoming Olivia Ross to the Emmaus Athletics family!
