Your Regional Champions: The Emmaus Eagles!
Eagles win Regional Championship!
Wyoming, Mich. — November 8, 2025
For the first time in Emmaus Volleyball Program History, the Eagles are your Midwest Regional Tournament Champions!
Emmaus University women's volleyball capped off its 2025 regular season with a strong 3–1 victory over Grace Christian University (25–14, 25–20, 19–25, 25–19) on Saturday afternoon at the Aldrich Athletic Center.
The Eagles came out sharp and efficient on offense, hitting .343 in the opening set and never looking back. Junior outside hitter Kaitlin Rahn led the way with a dominant 19 kills while hitting .348, adding two blocks and a service ace for a match-high 21.5 points.
Lindsey McIlveen provided another offensive spark, recording 16 kills and a block, while Selah Gregory added 8 kills on a solid .250 clip. Setter Michelle Striley orchestrated the attack beautifully, handing out 43 assists to go with 5 digs and 3 total blocks.
On defense, libero Jennika Beach anchored the back row with a team-high 33 digs, while Beverly Cummins and Stephanie Hodges chipped in 10 and 14 digs, respectively, to keep rallies alive against Grace Christian's aggressive offense.
Emmaus hit .214 as a team with 54 kills and 79 digs, outpacing Grace Christian's .143 hitting percentage.
This caps a dominant tournament in which the Eagles beat Kuyper 3-0 and then finished off Grace 3-1.
The Emmaus Athletics Program as a whole now adds a 4th Regional Champion Banner that will be hung in Pollard Fieldhouse.
Next: The Eagles will head to Joplin, MO (home of Ozark Christian College) on November 18-22 in the National NCCAA Division II Tournament, hoping to make even more history!
The Eagles thank you for your amazing support so far, and would appreciate you showing up in Joplin for the final tournament (and games) of the season!
