Your #7 Seed Eagles Seek an All-Time Great Ending
The Emmaus Eagles Women's Volleyball Team is preparing for its trip to Joplin, MO, for the NCCAA Division II National Tournament. The tournament will take place from Wednesday, November 19, through Saturday, November 22.
The Eagles are the #7 Overall Seed (14-13), as the Midwest Regional Champion, and are designated for play in Pool B. The Eagles are making their first National Tournament appearance since 2018. Selah Gregory, Michelle Striley, and Jennika Beach were voted to the 1st-team all-region, Kaitlin Rahn onto the 2nd team, with Brooke Hodges earning Honorable Mention. Libero Jennika Beach also ranks third in the NCCAA in Digs with 479.
The Tournament Schedule:
- Wednesday and Thursday: Pool Play (2 Pools, 4 Teams each, Round-Robin Style), The top 2 teams from each pool move on to the Semifinals.
- Friday: Semifinals - The Winner of each Semifinal Game plays in the Championship.
- Saturday: Championship match.

- #2 Seed Arlington Baptist University Patriots (Arlington, TX) (17-1) are the Southwest Regional Champions. They are the 2024 National Champions. Have only lost ONE set in their current 14-match winning streak.
- #3 Seed Pensacola Christian College Eagles (Pensacola, FL) (22-6) are the South Regional Champions. This is their sixth National Tournament Appearance. Sydney Anderson leads the NCCAA in total blocks with 96.
- #6 Seed Alice Lloyd College Eagles (Pippa Passes, KY) (23-8) are the Mideast Regional Champions. This is their first National Tournament Appearance since 2020. The Team leads the NCCAA in team kills (1301) and assists (1178)
If the Emmaus Eagles are one of the top 2 teams in this pool, they will move on to the Semi-Final Stage, where they would face any of the following teams from the opposing Pool A:
- #1 Seed Manhattan Christian College Thunder (Manhattan, KS) (27-1) are the Central Regional Champions. This is their fifth straight National Tournament Appearance. They lead the NCCAA in hitting % (.293), K/Set (12.5), and A/Set (11.57)
- #4 Seed Bob Jones University Bruins (Greenville, SC) (17-15) are the only At-large Selection in the tournament. They have won six of the last seven National Championships. Hannah Goodwin is second in the NCCAA in total digs with 382.
- #5 Seed Faith Baptist Bible College Eagles (Ankeny, IA) (26-7) are the North Regional Champions. This is their third straight National Tournament Appearance. They are second in the NCCAA in total team kills (1233).
- #8 Ozark Christian College Ambassadors (Joplin, MO) (11-13) are the Host of the Tournament. This is their first National Tournament Appearance since 2015. Brylee Sage leads the NCCAA in Points/Set with 4.79.
